How a CNC machine works:
1. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁 : A digital design is fed into the CNC software, dictating the exact movements needed.
2. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 : The material is securely positioned, and the correct cutting tools are selected.
3. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 : The CNC machine follows the programmed instructions, cutting, milling, and shaping the material with exacting accuracy.
4. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀: The machine finishes the piece with incredible detail, leaving a product that’s ready to impress.
